Andrew Patton is President and CEO of Patton House Entertainment LLC. With more than twenty years of experience with numerous promotion and marketing campaigns including the launch of Midas Records Christian, and the national radio kick-off behind the Dove Nominated Time-Life “Songs 4 Worship: Country” project, allowed him from 2010 – 2012, to easily step into the role of General Manager / VP of A&R at Inpop Records. While there he helped give the label and Christian band, Newsboys their first ever #1 Billboard Christian Monitored Adult Contemporary Christian single. He also generated a nine-week #1 title-track single from Newsboys album “Born Again” coupled with the biggest first-week sales in Newsboys history according to SoundScan.
As Vice President of National Promotions at Provident Label Group, he led the team that broke Casting Crowns, who have gone on to sell over 6 million records. Previously Andrew was Director of National Promotions at Word Records and took the single “Three Wooden Crosses” from Randy Travis to the top of every country radio chart earning Travis top honors at the 2003 CMA Music Awards. Patton House Entertainment also led the radio team to launch the country music career of Beverley Mitchell from TV’s longest running family drama, 7th Heaven. His experience and dedication to his work earned him the 2005 Radio and Record’s Christian Promotion Executive of the Year Award.
In 2005, Andrew saw a need for a new style of artist management within the music industry. His initial goal was to structure a company that provided effective Artist Development, while creating substantial career opportunities and growth. He discovered Rush of Fools in September 2006 while judging a band competition for unsigned artists. Andrew groomed Rush Of Fools into the second best selling new artist for 2007 with the #1 Christian Adult Contemporary Radio song “Undo.” In 2008, Rush Of Fools was nominated for four Gospel Music Association Doves Awards including New Artist of the Year and Song of the Year.
Since then, Patton House Entertainment has partnered with many Christian artists, including the Michael Gungor Band, Wayne Watson, Austin’s Bridge, Echoing Angels, Jimmy Needham, Chase Callahan, The Rhett Walker Band, and 1 Girl Nation. PHE also hosts the Indie Insider Experience music weekends, which are designed to answer the questions that new artists have about getting into the business.
In 2010, Andrew has also expanded the services that Patton House Entertainment offers to the artist. With the addition of Matt Ingle Promotions and Glenn Goodwin, Patton House National Promotions has promoted numerous Number One Singles including “Born Again” from the Newsboys and “Lead Me” from Sanctus Real. They also introduced J.J. Heller and NewWorldSon to Christian AC radio. Patton House Entertainment also offers a full service Publishing division (in partnership with EMI-CMG Publishing), which helps clients manage and develop their songwriting skills.
In 2013, Andrew unveiled the much anticipated, Patton House Music Institute. This highly specialized, unique one-on-one program for artists not only teaches but also creates the well rounded artists that entertainment partners are looking for today. Partnered with some of the industry’s top professionals, Andrew personally works with clients to lay the foundation on which they will build their dreams.
Andrew resides just outside Nashville, Tennessee, and has been married for more than 15 years to his beautiful wife Joy and has 4 wonderful children: Connor, Kyle, Hope, and Faith.

Mo Thieman is an Artist Manager for Patton House Entertainment, joining the team in the Spring of 2011. Mo grew up in Dayton, OH and moved to Nashville in 2010. Working as an Artist Manager since 2004, he has had the opportunity to work with a number of great artists. Part of that journey included discovering and developing the Orlando based, female-fronted rock band, Fireflight. In 2008, the bands breakout release “Unbreakable” garnered them 4 Gospel Music Association Dove Award nominations, including Artist Of The Year. In 2010 the band released “For Those Who Wait”, receiving a Grammy Nomination. Mo also discovered and developed EMI-CMG's Abandon, whose debut release earned a Rock Album of the Year Dove Award nomination. He is currently day-to-day manager for the Rhett Walker Band, Rush Of Fools and Chase Callahan.
Mo and his wife Jennifer have been married for 12 years and have 2 sons. He and his family are actively involved at Conduit Church in Spring Hill, TN and also enjoys coaching year around with his sons sports teams. |
